No admin fees and no deposit on the space itself. Hallway units include a $10 key deposit, refundable after the key comes back at move-out. If you do not bring a lock, we sell one at the counter for $9.95 plus tax.

Can I see a unit before I sign?

Yes. Walk in to the Highway 411 office during regular hours and we will show you the size you are considering. No appointment needed.

What do I need to bring at move-in?

A valid government-issued ID and payment for the first month — cash, card, or check. Bring a lock too, or buy one at the counter for $9.95 plus tax.

What if I need a different size after I move in?

Tell us at the counter and we will help you switch when an opening comes up. Your unused paid days transfer to the new unit; nothing about the move-in special or your prepay discount carries any penalty.
