From nine spaces

Built on a shoestring in 1972. Still family-owned.

Michael Howren built the first nine spaces on Grassdale Road in 1972 and rented them out from his house after a long day at his other job. Seven years later he bought the property on Highway 411 and kept building as the market asked for it.

Today it's still the family running it, one generation alongside the next. 2,000+ spaces across two locations, and some of the first customers' kids and grandkids still rent from us.

Storage is the heart of it. The U-Haul trucks, the moving supplies, and the propane refills sit out front for the days you need all four.
