Common questions.

Where it all started.

Grassdale Road is where Michael Howren built the first nine storage spaces in 1972 on a shoestring budget. He rented them out from his own house after a long day at his other job, and the place grew from nine spaces to forty-two over the next seven years before he expanded to Highway 411.

Today, the lot has climate-controlled buildings, drive-up rows, and outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and vehicles. All on ground level. Some of the families Michael rented to in the seventies still keep a unit out here.
