We are a U-Haul dealer with trucks parked out front at the Highway 411 office. The keys come from a person at the counter and a Cartersville phone number answers if something does not go according to plan.
You can still reserve through uhaul.com. We get the booking on our end the same way. When the truck comes back from a one-way move out of state, you drop it at any U-Haul location nationwide.

10′ truck
A studio or small one-bedroom apartment.
First-apartment moves, dorms, and small office runs.
15′ truck
A one- or two-bedroom apartment.
The cross-town apartment move most renters reach for.
17′ truck
A two-bedroom house.
The middle ground, common for families splitting between addresses.
20′ truck
A two- or three-bedroom house.
Larger family moves and small commercial loads.
26′ truck
A four-bedroom house.
Whole-house moves and long-distance hauls.
Trailers, motorcycle trailers, and car haulers are also available; call ahead to confirm availability for a specific date. Rates are set by U-Haul corporate, and your reservation confirms the rate.

A person at the counter walks you through the rental, hands you the keys, and checks the truck back in.

For one-way moves, drop the truck at any U-Haul location in the country. For local moves, bring it back to Highway 411.
Trailers and towing hardware on the same lot.
We stock ball mounts, trailer wiring adapters, tie-downs, and ratchet straps at the counter. U-Haul's SafeTow coverage protects the trailer and its cargo on the road — add it when you sign.
Coverage through SafeMove.
U-Haul's optional SafeMove coverage protects the truck and your cargo on the road. Add it at the counter when you sign for the truck.
Hours and pickup.
Truck pickup and return happen at the Highway 411 counter Monday through Saturday from 7am to 5:30pm, and Sunday from 2pm to 5:30pm. Rentals end thirty minutes before we close. Reserve through uhaul.com or call (770) 382‑8585 and a person at the counter will set it up.
